| Icchan in instrument-making workshop |
The Japanese world music group Koh-Tao, named after a small island in Thailand, gave its first performance of it ride on Peace Boat finishing in Amsterdam. The music is a mixture of instruments and influences from Africa, India and South East Asia among other places the three members travel. While onboard members Bun-san, Harish and Icchan will be holding percussion, rhythm and instrument-making workshops, as well as continued performances, which based on the attendance of the first concert, surely be highlights of the cruise. |
