David Crisante is a journalist from Sydney, Australia who has reported on local, national and international events for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS).

He has followed his passion for learning about foreign cultures by studying international journalism in London, working as a performer for children in Italy, and playing for an Australian football team that toured California.

He hopes to capture the small stories that are often overlooked by media organizations, but which we can all relate to and learn from - accounts of challenges, hope, and success.
