Peace Boat joined groups in more than 80 countries to hold events on Nuclear Abolition Day, a global day of action for a Nuclear Weapons Convention held upon the call of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (icanw.org). During an onboard games event, participants joined various activities to reach 23,300 points - the approximate number of nuclear weapons stockpiled around the world. |

The evening before Peace Boat arrived in Dublin, an Irish night was held. It was an opportunity for people onboard to learn more about Irish culture, with events including a pub quiz and traditional Irish dancing. |

A group from the Venezuelan Youth Orchestra have been holding concerts and workshops onboard The Oceanic. They will play on stage with participants when Peace Boat arrives in Venezuela. |

The Martin Brothers, also known as the Entertainers for Peace, have been performing on the 69th Voyage. Javier and Fernando Martin will stay onboard the voyage until it returns to Yokohama in July. |

Participants have been creating handmade juggling balls with the Martin Brothers, who work to promote peace and social justice throughout the world through entertainment. Recycled materials are used in their workshops to teach young people about environmental sustainability. |

The brothers are also holding additional workshops on mime, clowning and acrobatics. These interactive lessons are helping to build a sense of community spirit onboard Peace Boat. |
