As the 67th voyage made its way across the South Pacific Ocean, it was time to celebrate Japan’s southernmost prefecture – Okinawa. A week of activities culminated with Okinawa Night on November 16. Even at sea, sport lovers embrace every opportunity to engage in their favorite past time. Men and women teamed up in the Peace Ball soccer tournament on November 14.
A one-day table tennis tournament on November 18 was another feature on the onboard calendar. Over 50 participants battled it out in single and double games.
