Peace Boat is organising an event in conjunction with local partner organisations to coincide with its visit to San Francisco on December 3. The event, entitled "The New America Starts Here" aims to raise awareness about peace and social justice issues and encourage community level activism through a variety of speeches and performances. Information about how to join Peace Boat's Global Voyages will also be availiable.
